Follow me to the loft......

My imagination often gets the better of me and I can't resist painting the perfect picture (which is not always the case I promise) but today follow me to my loft above the tree tops. I walk through my courtyard still green but a little frost beaten and up the stairs into my haven. I take a breath as I glance towards my work table. I love this old french table that holds my pins, ribbons and today a gorgeous stash of fabric...I am inspired as I feel this heavenly pure cotton between my fingers. Amy Butler, Michael Miller and Heather Bailey are a true inspiration at this time. I am once again thinking of a homemade Christmas. If I start now, hopefully with all the constant demands of my young family , I can see some special projects completed. As I complete, I will show my items in my new post slot called 'Mousehole Village crafting'. See you there and I hope that I can inspire you..

A happy day to you~

I have been working on the seeds from my Lilac bush -- They should be ready to go soon and I will get them from you. I hope they work out!!

What a lovely stash of fabrics! I was wondering if you could tell me what collection or whose collection those pretty blue and red fabrics come from in the forth picture down? I would love to find some of them in just those colors for something I want give to someone! Thanks!! I can't wait to see what you are crafting!

Dear Suzanne, How I would love to visit with you in your beautiful loft. What a wonderful selection of fabric! I see a couple that remind me of the fabric I made your apron from.
I too will be thinking of handmade christmas gifts soon, once we get past chloe's early july birthday. I can't wait to see what you create!
So much love to you my sweet friend!

I'm preparing the italian chicken soup recipe for you today. I've been out of town but have arrived back home. Here's sending you big hugs. Oh I sent your special package a couple of weeks ago. Please let me know when it arrives. Take care,
