What's inside the French Armoire
Olivia and Brogan swapped rooms this week and boy did we have some bargaining to do. Big sister wanted a bigger pad and little sister struggled to settle in her very large bedroom. So, to seal the deal, Mama had to get creative. Follow me to the French Ar moire..Olivia's clothing cupboard. These photographs just had to be taken at night as the magical little bunny and mouse house looks so enchanting. Fairy lights, a little fire place of her very own, vases of lavender and the beautiful book series 'Brambly Hedge' was in order. A very happy little cozy girl sleeps here now~
These cute little miniature items are from Maileg and well worth the buy.
A happy day to you~

Just beautiful! So calm looking. I love the lights and the lavendar in the vase.
How absolutely adorable!
How charming! I would have loved such a thing when I was little. Or even when I was older, actually. Er, perhaps I'd love it now! ;-) And what a beautiful bedroom.
A little bit of magic, is what! Oh, the sweetness! And, we also adore the Brambly Hedge books.

Definitely a bit of Suzanne magic there!
We have A Summer Story... it's Kitty's favorite!!! I've been looking out for the others on Ebay but after seeing all of yours, I'll make a re-energized effort to find them. What magic you made for your darling!!
Blessings and magic,
Donni

Enchanting, indeed!!
Oh, my!!! I just found sweet little maileg bunnies, too! And I had to have the wardrobe, ironing board and drying rack, as well! My grandchildren love them! I found the little bag with bunny and her blankies and bottle to be perfect for our little girandaughter to carry with her on long car rides.
I love the precious bedroom and enchanting armoire! Come by for a visit and see our post "goats milk and gardening"...we had 'laundry day' and used a lustreware teacup for the wash;))
Blessings,
Christie

Simply adore the Jill Barklem series. I ordered them in 2 volumes off of ebay UK. All of the stories in 2 hard bound books.Fantastic. They also have a pattern book for sewing stuffed mice like them. I made each of my girls one.
