White sunday
Although not the Spring day festival for us in the Southern Hemisphere, we were very tempted to raise our pole and do a little bit of happy dancing with the rest of you. It was a little difficult as our days are so warm that it may as well be Spring. We decided to definitely join in on White-Sunday (Whit sun)Pentecost. All things white this day. We Still have a front garden full of white iceberg roses so filling our glass vase jar was wonderful. Olivia took the task of finding these lovely roses for us. We ate white foods and really got into the spirit of things. I think our next Festival of Winter will be Winter Solstice which is always a warm cosy day spent in front of the wood burning fire.
A happy Spring Festival weekend to you.

Gorgeous, just gorgeous!
So lovely! Unfortunately, my May Day was spent on our sofa as I have caught a bug. Your celebration has inspired me though! Perhaps I will be able to re-capture a bit of May Day this afternoon. :)
A lovely celebration, with lots of calm white light, cheers Marie
Happy Whitsun! Sometimes white is the most beautiful, serene, peaceful, angelic color. :)
Happy Whitsun. For us not only is Whitsun an all white day it's also the first day of picnic season. Yea! Such beautiful flowers and I love the mobile. Hugs to you.
