My fairy village project..gnomes welcome

Over the years I have helped make fairy houses and overtime they seem to fade away...~ This time I have taken on the project of all projects..Mama's makin a Fairy and gnome village. Olivia has been fairy watching nightly lately. ... We have the perfect tree. Our courtyard is surrounded by our home, cottage, laundry and our schoolhouse. Our Pride of India tree is over 86 years old and its been calling me. Calling me to invite all little folk to come reside down in the meadow. I am oozing with excitement just like a little child. I have been collecting items from roots of old plants, unusual branches ..Our weeping mulberry kindly dropped a branch for us to use. Its just perfect and full of lichen and moss. We have created an orchard where we have left tools for some little magic to happen overnight. Please join me as we start our journey of little folk fantasy..~

Hello Dear friends

Thank you for your lovely generous comments. I am not stopping...this week coming, I have plans to make a roof and stair leading to various rooms in the tree. Next is to shrink myself so that I can use and enjoy it all!

A happy day to you all
Warm regards
Suzanne

Hello dear Suzanne
Just too enchanting. Of course you will need to shrink yourself to enjoy such a magical village with all the faery folk!! Your children must be loving the creation of this village just as much as you are!
Have a lovely weekend!

Suzanne-I love the creativity of the gnomes little village. I have said the last few weeks...I wish I could disappear down the "Rabbit Hole!" Right now, I'd love to live in your fairy village project! Love you, Susan

This is brilliant! I have goosebumps! How I wish our children could play...Emma and Sophie have also been tending their fairy gardens day and night.
Is the stump hollow? And does the door open? My girls would adore this! I think I'll need to find a suitable stump this week...how to hollow it out? And the door, it's just lovely. That's exactly the door I'd love for our little stone cottage to have. (When we have a little stone cottage one day...)

Hello everyone

The stump was a real treasure find. I was riding around my neighborhood and spotted a tree fella cutting down an enormous tree. Of course my heart felt sad to see that but I did get to thinking that I could put this trunck to good use. At first it became a table ( I had stumps for chairs too) then it became a ship with a pole and a cotton sail blowing in the wind. Now it has become our gnome home...Its part of the family now..

Susan, If that was possible, you would be most welcome to reside in the gnome stump..We would take good care of you!

A happy day to you all

Love
Suzanne
