Wood and beeswax

Aaron completed a marble run this week. He thoroughly enjoyed sitting under the tree, drilling and joining. The heart does give a little leap when you see your children captured by a craft they enjoy. Little livy made this beautiful Mother Mary beeswax sculpture for our nativity scene. I loved to see her melt her wax in the warm Sun and then mould it between those cute little fingers. The smell of beeswax and fresh wood shavings made me a happy Mama today.
Happy weekend to all

hello again Suzanne, I wanted to let you know that I sent you an email this evening, a special winter poem, but I forgot to sign my name, though probably obvious it is from me :)
