The Cousins

We have a house full of cousins for three days and wow we have not stop feeding these big boys. The girls have baked non stop today. Although rather busy and loud, I am so grateful they all have each other. We have a mixture of three countries here. Botswana, Mauritius and South Africa. The kids love getting together and their relationships are strong and what is nice about having all these lovely cousins, is that they will be here for each other through their lives. I really hope they remember these happy days of play.

Our little noodle fell ill over night and had to be rushed to the vet clinic early hours of this morning. I have been watching her progress through out today and she is getting better. We love her so dearly already and really hope that she remains strong.

I would also like to share my new spinning wheel. I am so happy with it. I have been doing a little spinning and trying to get some practice in. I really love spinning already.
A happy weekend to you all and thank you for your visits

Noodle! Give us an update on her, please! The girls and I think she is just so sweet, and we were sad to know she's been ill. I'm hoping she is feeling better...

Hi dear Suzanne
Look at all those cousins! Great memories in the making indeed. So happy you have a spinning wheel now - and such a beautiful one at that - now there is no stopping you! It is such a wonderful art and you will take to it with ease and be spinning up all sorts of beautiful yarns in no time! Hope Aaron's sweet little Noodle makes a full recovery soon.
Enjoy your days with the cousins!
Best wishes
